We require 48 hours cancellation notice by telephone 0208 706 0102 or by text 07521 513915

All treatments/consultations booked require 48 hrs notice of Cancellation. No Show appointments will lose their booking fee. Alternatively, if you have a course of sessions booked with us you will forfeit the treatment you were booked in for and this will come off the remaining sessions you have with us.

We request up to a 20% booking fee upfront to secure your treatment. This is transferable for 28 days from Treatment date. Failure to rebook your treatment within 28 days will result in loss of your booking fee (unless discussed otherwise). The remaining balance is required to secure your treatment.
