48-Hour Cancellation Policy: Forfeiture of Deposits and Loss of Sessions

We kindly request that you carefully read and understand our 48-hour cancellation policy. This policy has been put in place to ensure efficient scheduling and to provide fair treatment to all our clients. Please note that failure to adhere to this policy may result in the forfeiture of deposits and loss of sessions from packages of courses. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

1. Cancellation Notice:

a) A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling of courses or sessions.
b) Cancellation requests must be made during our business hours via phone, email or text.

2. Deposits:

a) In order to secure your reservation and ensure availability, a deposit of £50.00 will be required at the time of booking.
b) If a cancellation is made within the 48-hour notice period, the deposit will be forfeited.

3. Loss of Sessions:

a) In the event of a cancellation without providing the required 48-hour notice, sessions from packages and courses will be lost.
b) The sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded.

4. Rescheduling:

a) If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 48-hours in advance to find a suitable alternative.
b) Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

5. Exceptions:

a) In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen personal emergencies, we will review each case on an individual basis.
b) Supporting documentation may be required to qualify for an exception.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, but our cancellation policy is designed to protect the interests of both our clients and our technicians.
